During commissioning, excessive acoustic echo reduced speaker-tracking accuracy by causing the system to misidentify the active speaker and switch cameras incorrectly.

Sustainable Smart Cities optimized DSP settings, including acoustic echo cancellation, microphone gain and noise reduction. Microphone placement was reviewed and adjusted, followed by comprehensive calibration and testing. The broader solution integrated meeting rooms, digital signage, public address, AV-over-IP and a Digital Twin platform within the SOC.
